Return Policy

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order on all UNOPENED products. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

  •  Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use!

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

  1.  Login to our Contact page or send us an email at
  2. Let us know the product you are returning and why you would like to return it.
  3. We will send you a prepaid shipping label and package and once the item is returned we will send you your refund or exchange.

Additional Information:

  •  How long it takes to receive your refund, replacement product, or store credit? You receive your refund once the item is return.
  • Any shipping fees the customer will need to pay? If there are any fees, reimbursement will be discussed before the customer sends the unit to our return center.
  • Any return restocking fees the customer will need to pay? No restocking fees.
  • How do you handle lost or damaged returns? All items must be returned in order to receive a full refund.
